73. HAIR-FACED MONSTER

Understanding Self Conflicted Body Organ

I have an oily face. When I wash my hair, I never use hair dryer, I always use the power of natural wind breeze to dry my hair. The wind blows my hair all over the place that sometimes the strands stick to my face. It's super annoying.

I scolded my Mom for this,
Mom! I can't do this! This is too annoying! The hair's sticking to my face! It's wasting my time! I wash my hair to clean them, not to moisturise them again with my own face oil!

My Mom didn't say anything. She completely ignored me.

72. CURIOSITY WENT ANSWERED

Understanding Curiosity

I'm curious at how people interact in movies. Sometimes, one person talks about his / her feelings, without facing the opposing party.

I tried this act with my Mom recently.

It was evening, my Mom's movie time. She stared at the television (like crazy). I asked her if she wanted a drink I had made. She said yes. Then, looking at the drink, just behind the TV (looking away from my Mom, just like they'd done on TV), I told her that I'd got the recipe of this drink from my boyfriend.

My Mom didn't say anything. Then she told me she wanted the drink to be cold. I told her that it's a healthy drink, it's supposed to be hot / warm. My Mom came to my face and glared at me, saying...
"What did you say again?!"

I was taken aback. I guess the act doesn't apply in real life. In real life, the opposing party can't hear what you said.

Movie!!!
Why did you do this to me?

71. FOUND MY STRENGTH: I CAN MAKE YOU FEEL LONELY

Understanding Response to an Angry Person

I was driving calmly. Some car drove to my left side, so close. My Mom screamed,

"Hoooooonk! Honk it, Honk it, Honk it !!!

She hit the car's window (without opening it), then she pointed her finger to the driver of the next car.

The driver didn't even bother to look at her because we had black window films installed. No one could see her being inside of the car, running amok like that.

She hit my hand, "Honk! I wanna give him a good scold!" Then, she hit the car window again.

I thought to myself,
I've quit honking like crazy, but this is Mom telling me to honk. I'm not sure what I should do. I need to be consistent with my decision. What should I do? I don't wanna get slapped again. Maybe I should honk? How crazy should I be this time?

Or maybe, if I could just drive past the car, we can just leave in peace without honking. Oh, oh, maybe I drive past the car, honk a little, and floor it. Ah, but I'm not that good of a driver yet, can I be angry this time?

Well, if I wanna be angry safely, I should honk first. Yes, honk, then just drive past the car. That'd be letting out a gentle anger. Oh my God, this is it... I'm angry. But since the road is a dangerous place, I'm gonna be angry gently. Ah... Let's do this...!

Yes, I was so busy with my thoughts that I got slapped again. But imagine if you guys got angry, and nobody cared.

70. DOCTORS, WHAT'S IN THAT MIND OF YOURS?

Understanding The Danger of Being Careless

I'm a careless, ignorant person, in that order. I know I'm a careless person, yet I choose to be ignorant about it.

Let's say I'm a brain surgeon. I need to perform a surgery. This is like suspense, thriller movie, so exciting...

Anyway, I need to think and act quickly, because there's a time limit as to how long a patient can live, because I have to cut open his organs and he's losing blood by the second.

I've got to quickly cut the brain. Yes, I made a straight slit across the brain. This is looking good. God, help me do this. Oh, no. Okay, so then, I have to peel the skin first, so I can see the brain. I have to take that cancer out of this brain. Oh my God, Oh my God... I'm starting to sweat...

Alright, not so often I can peel the skin so good. Yes, this operation is going well, and the patient will survive. Now, let's find that monster. Ow, you sneaky little thing. Ow, I crushed the brain a little. Oh my God, this is gonna ruin my career. Calm down now, relax. Oops, the sweat is dripping to the brain...

Oh, no. This is going to look bad. I forgot to put the gloves on. Everybody's watching... Ah, one more drop... Fu-it, I need that gloves. How can I remember to put on the hat, but not the gloves?!!! Ah, silly me. Note to self, remember to put on gloves on every surgeries.

Yes, this is done. I've taken all the cancer cells, and the patient will live free. That crushed brain, it will heal naturally. That's normal. I'll look it up on the Internet later.

Let's stitch the skin back. Okay, the hair's still there. Ah, I forgot to shave that head beforehand. Tssk, I thought I'd just shaved the head myself, without telling the patient first. I mean, it should be part of brain surgery procedure, right? That's what the textbook says! I wanna show that I'm a perfect surgeon! How can I forget to shave the head this time!

I can do this. God, help me do this. Oh my God, this is too hard. So hard, I might get a medal if I can do this. This is a step forward in medical technology! Surgery without cleaning the skin from hairs / nails!

...

I think, ... I surrender. I'll try again next time. I'm not that good. Let's remove hairs from that piece of peeled skin.

Oh, I have to be quick! The patient is losing too much blood!

Yeaa... That kinda struggle...
